Mail merge date type

I have a db that I'm meging to word docs. I want to pull certian date fileds so they diaply in the word doc as, for example: July 27, 2002.

What is the easiest way to do this?

Not entirely sure what you mean here. Do you wish to change the format of the date? If so investigate the format and formatdatetime functions.
