MAIL FROM response expected

Since a few days we can not receive mail from only one provider (@planet.nl) on ou mailserver, all the other mail from other providers we receive. After the time from, the queu the user from planet receive the message:
Reason: unable to deliver this message after 1 day
MAIL FROM response expected.

It make no difference as the spamfilter is on or out and a few days before we receive the mail form planet.
What can be wrong ?
