Ok, this is a serious newbie question. I just set up Exchange Server Enterprise on a domain machine, and I can send out mail (SMTP) with no problems to a good working e-mail account that is not part of my domain. But when I try to send mail to a domain e-mail from an outside account, it never gets there. How does the mail actually get from one SMTP server to our POP3 Server, and do I have to do any special setup? Thanks in Advance...

You need to set up MX DNS records that point to your Exchange server. The POP server will then perfom an MX lookup when it need to deliver mail to your domain and send it to the IP address is finds in DNS.
