Mail box option transfer to another ext

Call comes in on 221, call is transfered someone's mail box, the caller presses 0 and is transfered back to 221. Is there a way to transfer back to a specific dept. Example: I'm unable to take your call now, please press ??? and some in my department will help you.
Mics 7.1, call pilot 100 2.1
If this can be done, I obviously don't know how to.

yes - every mailbox can specify their own personal attendnt (0)
you login to ur mailbox - follow instructions for personal att
