Mail being rejected

I have a client with SBS 2003, a couple of days ago 1 user on the system staed getting emails returned with the following NDR;

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'john smith' on 03/01/2006 17:36

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=*****:*****

It is only this user and only with some emails??
