Has anyone ever heard of 'mail banking'. I had a complaint from a sender stating that no one from their email domain could send a message to multiple users on my domain. Sending to one person at a time was fine. There are no recipient restrictions on my side.
The NDR's going to the sender were from our ISP. We have our own email servers, but use an ISP as a relay. That ISP states that they use 'mail banking' to route email traffic and that our domain's listing was in the wrong file.
