Mail & Post Item (Public Folder)

By mistake a colleague deleted our Everyone (Mail & Post Item,Public Folder)Is there a quick way of restoring one item from the pub.edb?
For now we have recreated a new "Everyone" in all Public Folders,the original one housed about 14 posts & messages,like to get those back if poss...

Unless you have a "brick-level" backup in place such as Backup Exec or Arcserve, the only way I can think of getting them back is a complete restore on another server and then exporting the data you want.
