Magix 4.0 and RCF

I put a single POTS line on an extension and gave that extension permission to forward off site. If I call the extension internally, the forwarding works perfectly. However when I call the POTS line, it rings into the voicemail here. The extension is the principal user and the line is not assigned anywhere else....ie: Night service, grp calling, etc. I'm almost positive that I have done this in the past with POTS lines. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance.

How is the outbound table routing? Through POTS lines? If so, make sure trunk to trunk transfer is enabled for that extension, make sure remote fwd is enabled (which it sounds like it already is).

Perhaps, just maybe, you need to set LOOP START RELIABLE DISCONNECT to YES.
