Yes, it is very possible to create macros in Outlook. However, as Zack mentions, you have to go to the VBE (Visual Basic Editor) and write them. There is no macro recorder for Outlook.
Try doing a search here for Outlook macros, just to get an idea of how to start using instances and the major objects required. I hope you have VBA Help installed.
Also, it is possible that we may be able to help you create a macro if you explain what it is that you are wanting to do. Not sure what the actual issue is here. Good luck though.
Well, yes....sure. Look around, try a basic something. When you get into trouble (and with Outlook that may not be hard), post something specific. We may be able to help.
