Hi all,
I'm using Excel 2000 and have a spreadsheet that had a single macro in it. I deleted this macro in the usual way, but now when I open Excel, I still get the 'document contains macros' message with the disable/enable buttons.

Although this is not a big problem, it is rather irritating as the spreadsheet definitely does not contain any macros anymore.

Any ideas?

Marc

Hi,

In the VB Editor, "remove" the module that the macro resided in. In fact, make sure that ALL modules have been "removed."

Cheers SkipVought. Managed to remove it after a bit of a fight, and it's working perfectly now.
