Just wonder what an average accounts database size is today ?
How much server space is dedicated for the SQL Server, and how much backup room ?
We are approaching 1Tb for the backoffice database, and 610Gb for the frontoffice / synergy db.
Server is a DL560 with 128gb Ram and 8TB across multiple local SSD's in Raid 10 running HyperV
SQL Server is a VM (on this box) with 64gb Ram, 4Tb and 32 virtual processors dedicated
Backup is to a NAS 24Tb and NAS backups to the cloud and also snapshots to an additional NAS.
