Macola 7.5, printing labels problem

When Printing product labels (i.e.for inventory items), the labels are printed with all xxxxxxx and no items numbers or description when the print alignment feature is used. If this feature is bypassed(no alignment), then the labels print fine.
How can we properly use Yes for print alignment and have these labels print correctly?

This is by design. The "XXXXXXX" is the field and where it will print. When oyu say no alignments, you will get the real field value rather than the "XXXXXXXX". Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Yes, we understand that, when we say no, it prints fine. What we are saying is that if we do select print alignment it give us several pages of xxx's . When we are printing a label we have not printed often, we need to align it. After it is aligned we then need to fully close out and then go back in and say No alignment.
Is this correct?

I see, you did not make it clear in your first post that you got several pages of alignments.

After you have this dialed in, you are correct in that you say no and your labels print.

What type of label are you using and what page length are you using? Can you take a screen shot of the front page of the form designer and email it to me?

Macola has now advised us that there indeed is a problem in the software which will be fixed in the next release (after 7.6)
