MAC Vlan Discovery

Interesting scenario...we are running BD6808 and have fiber links to our closets that have Summit48si in them. We are interested in using the MACVlan Discovery within our network, has anyone ever used this and does anyone know if there is a way to send the MAC address from one of the remote Switches to the Core 6808 switch?
