Mac users: What am I doing wrong?

I'm making a website for my self (Photographer) and the site works great on PC but looks like sh-t on Mac.

Could someone help me, what am I doing wrong?

I'm a Mac user but unless you explain what do you mean by "looks like Sh-t" it's hard to suggest anything.
