Mac OSX server as a router?

I have my Mac OSX computer with two NICs, one connected to the internet and one to my internal network of 10 computers.

How can I share the internet connection with the 10 other computers?

Is 'system preferences' -> 'network' there is an option to allow the computer to create/share network connections.
