MAC addresses to Computer Names

Does anyone know of a utility that can translate MAC addresses into computer names? I would appreciate any responses.

I use a program by Network Instruments called Observer. It has many modes but one of them can see ip addresses, mac addresses , and IPX. It's pretty useful to see what's out on the net and for solving congestion problems.

A Windows DHCP server does this. It lists computer names and the IP and the MAC address.

Thanks for the replys. I found I freeware utility just browsing the web. It seems to work OK, so I guess it's all I need. I do not have access to a DHCP server.
