A customer is asking questions on the m5616 phone. I cant find anaything on that phone. Any idea as where i can find info

never heard of a M5616 only a M2616

Are you sure it's not an M5316 phone for digital Centrex systems?

In any event, have them give you the NTxxxxxx number under the phone so you know what you're actually dealing with.
