M39xx Series Firmware 08 to 07?

Anyone know how to down-grade Nortel's M39xx series phone's firmware from Rel-08 to Rel-07? System's ISS 24.24

Apply patch MPLR17379.

does that rls support fdli download? my rls 3 is running 87 and so i down grade my new 3900 sets to match the switch.. without that downgrade, i never get a connect softkey, along with other problems that seem to come and go... can you new fdl in ld 97?

No I cannot with Rel 24.24, but with Rel 25.15 I can chg fdl in LD 97. (cant remember if I tried new).
what should I enter in the FVER prompt?
