M3904 busy issue 2

I have a Option 81c on 3.0 s/w.
My issue is if Phone A (STEVE x2666) recieved a call on Key 0 the display reads normal. IE.. Joe Blow x2888.
If Phone A gets a second call come in from Phone C (John x2555) it will read

STEVE
2555 2666 "BUSY"

My question is why isn't showing
JOHN
2555 2666 "BUSY"

For some reason it shows the Phone "A" username instead of the incoming callers name.

If the user is on Key 1 and the second call comes in on Key 0 it displays correctly.

There is something with the forwarding ID that gets mixed up.

By the way this also happens on I2004 sets.

Change the CLS to CNDA DNDD

You have DNDA today - that should be DNDD

There are thousands of systems out there, all programmed like yours was and people live with that dumb display behavior thinking its just the way it is. I'm glad you posted.
