I've recently bought some M3904's to use in the callcenter.
We are using Symposium as our system. What I noticed was quite surprising. When a call is presented to the customer centre, the call goes straight to the speaker and not the headset. So they have to manually press the headset button to transfer it to headset. I've seen older posts on this forum suggesting that this could be a bug. Any ideas?
