M3903 - Caller Log Password

One of my users is sitting at a phone where a previous employee set a caller log password. How, as the Administrator, do I get that password removed from her phone?

Go into LD 32
CPWD l s c u
c u (option 11)
This will default the password
to 12345678.

I had a problem accomplishing this on a 3903 set. The firmware version of the phone was not up to date so had to update firmware first in order to get the password to reset.
