I've got some phones running on a SCCS 5, when the agents replace the handset it logs them out, I've also got some other phones in the call centre which don't log out when the handsets are replaced, these are on m3820's and m3310's, I'm trying to get them all so the users can replace the handsets and not log them out. Homl is set to no on all the acd q's,
what am I missing, must be cls somewhere, have had a look at the working and non working and can't seems to find any differences HELP
