M2616 display shows, "Overflow Busy Activated"

I found this closed thread and it looks like an answer had not been found. Wondering if since the date of this original thread if anyone now knows what causes this and how to clear/correct this. The suggestions were to unplug, then plug the phone in. We have tried that but that doesn't clear the display. We moved the phone to another location and the message still shows up. Any ideas?

I have a user on a 2616 that has been working fine for several years. All of a sudden his phone constantly says "Overflow Busy Activated" (when not on the phone). Does anyone have a clue what causes this??

post the entire TNB & post the ACD DN that it belongs to.

After further troubleshooting, it turns out to be the display board inside the set that is causing this problem. After replacing the display board from another set, the display message went away.
