Hello,

My customer has a M2250 console. It appears that the receptionist is not able to take more than one call.
If the lady is already on a call, the incoming calls are put in a queue with a message (I suppose this is the ROA block) but the console does not ring.
I de-activated the ROA by putting ROX in OPT but it's the same. Console does not ring.

Here is the config:

If the Attendant see's the CW, or Calls Waiting indicator flash while they are already on a call, they do this:

[ul]
[li]Ask caller to hold[/li]
[li]Press hold button[/li]
[li]Press Release button[/li]
[li]Next loop key rings, and attendant can answer.[/li]
[/ul]

An attendant can juggle as many calls are there are Loop Keys.

CWBZ YES YES <- That tells me the console buzzes once when a call is waiting. So, they are getting an buzz when a second call comes in...guaranteed. They just don't know to "Hold, Release, Answer Next Call"
