M2250 and handsfree headset

i just went through a simular problem with a plantronic wireless head set. although you don't need the handset lift attachment, the sensor to cause remote ring is in that portion, then the 2250 ring tone wold not be recognized by the plantronic.. plantronic support was very responsive, but it still will not work.. works like on my 2616, but only if the ringer is default rco and max vol.. i wanted to to work on scn, can't happen
