M2216 headset not working after upgrade

These sets are NOT used in a ACD Q. The users have M2216 with Plantronics CS55 wireless headsets. Prior to the upgrade a call would come into the set. They press the button on the ear piece and start talking. Post upgrade Option 61C 5.0 they now have to press the button on the set. Tried LPK and IRA. Any ideas???
 
How many are working and how many are not. It may just be a conicidence that this happened now.

Is it possible the users are mized up? No Plantronics button I have seen can answer a 2216 set - because the button is a handset lifter and the 2216 has no handset cradle or hookswitch to lift on.

What may have changed is the "FORC" setting in the ACD queue. That 'forces' the call to an answered state and the agent can speak without doing anything.
