I have a message light that wont go away.
We currently use Definity Audix but I have narrowed the problem down to LWC. I'm assuming someone accidentally placed a LWC message on this phone. Now here is the trick,
A. The light is on the agent ID and the agent ID is the DID. The station has a soft number. The agent logs in to the station and the DID is assigned there. OK, that said. I have tried to Clear AMW all XXXX to no avail. I tried putting a cov-msg-rt button on the phone and have the agent retreive her LWC message and delete it but she gets a Message Retreval denied message. I have given the agent console permissions and I have given the station system-wide retreval permissions also. Leave Word Calling Cancel a Message feature access code does not help either.
B. This is a remote site in Colorado and I am in Arizona. Some of the troubleshooting techniques I could usually use and put on my own phone wont work.
Any suggestions???
