Hi

Just wondered if anyone has used the LVM utility with a pre recorded wav so it plays this instead of the normal hunt group greeting.
. I have the instructions on the faq from this site but unable to test until I go to a live site , any pitfalls to watch out for.
I have the files in the correct format. I tried it a while back but wouldnt play the greeting , this was following the faq.

Make sure the software of the IP Office is at 9.0 at least.
Make sure the names of the files you are going to upload contains max 6 characters.
