Hi All,
I'm a newbie to Avaya systems. I looked around on FAQ and read a few manuals but couldn't find an equivalent to the Nortal list unused DN command.

I'm trying to find free extensions within our dial plan. But, the display dialplan analysis command didn't do much for me.

Thanks,
Ben

If you have stations "logged off" and no longer used, try,

list station port x

Might find a few free ones that way.

This product

call flow extract is very easy to use. It will find all unused extensions and also mark the used ones in a different color. It has a free 10 day trial if you would like to try it.

ASA also has a find unused extension tool, under the General tab on the left side of the application.

I use that quite a bit and it works well.
