Lucent Stinger CM Help

I am trying to connect to my stinger control module card through a HyperTerminal Session. However, I only have user permissions and I have no idea what the admin password for the system is. Is there a way to reset the control module to factory defaults? Thanks.

You may have to NINDY the Stinger CM if you cannot find the admin user/password. But this should be your absolute last resort. I would highly recommend doing everything at possible to obtain the admin username/password first before attempting a NINDY.

The procedure depends on which rev your CM is currently. To check, type the ver command If it says hardware revision 1.0 then it is rev1. If it says Hardware revision 2.x then it is rev2.
