Lucent CentreVU Supervisor 8.0 error <48>

Upon opening CentreVu Supervisor Version 8 I get an error pop up that just shows <48> I have unistalled the program and removed all reference from the registry. On my last uninstall attempt I upgraded to Service pack 3 for Win2k Professional.
 
Error 48 relates to an incorrectly registered dll file (I believe, or at least thats what Avaya told me!!) If you run the program Reg.Bat which is found within the Supervisor folder on your C drive this may correct it. I've had it a few times and this doesn't work on every occasion,usually I just end up re-installing it!
The same can be said for Error 249 which also pops up on occasion
