Hi,
I think you are looking for IP Agent, a SW client which can be run in VoIP or dual connect (with dual connect you control the call with your PC, but the voice goes through a normal telephone). It can also interact with the CMVI, with the advantage that with a CMVI, you can also take calls when the PC fails.
Another option is the CMV, an ACD terminal based on the 64XX line of terminals.

They only have callmasters up to VI right now. I would go with a callmaster V. Go here to get more descriptions of types of callmasters.
