Lucent AP450 - reboots

Our site has a Lucent AP450 Bandwidth/FireWall Management box. The box's Error and Alert lights are displayed and then reboots itself. During this time the box is unoperational. After it has rebooted it is operational again.

Does anyone have a solution?
