My office has recently moved over from IBM's PCOM product to Attachmate EXTRA enterprise 2000, one of the connectivity configs required in our previous app was the LU and/or Pool name.... as well as IP and Port#, Since Attachmate does not provide a place to set the LU or Pool name how do you complete the connectivity... is there a work around?

Hope you're still not waiting on an answer on this.
Need to know your mainframe's operating system in order to
better answer. We use OS/390 and only the TCP/IP address
to lock down a user / ip address.
As this shop still uses terminal id's that point directly
to a specific user, we need to lock down ip addresses at
the device level. A modified DHCP will do this. However,
for large shops, this is a real pain. If you need more
mainframe answers, send me an e-mail.
