The software is one thing - i think you need 7.3 at least. The latest version (7.3.2)of course runs as well. You can get it from EMC's Powerlink page.
However, the single license is not what EMC sells any more. If you mean the software that comes with Oracle (LSSV), then you have to get in touch with Oracle for the license (and for the SW? - i don't know which is their current version).
