MY
I'm using Windows XP Pro. The problem is when i start the windows, error lsass.exe - system error was appear with error message "an invalid parameter was passed to a service or funtion". i cannot use my computer at all.someone please help me.

johnwi is referring to a different error message. The bad news is that your particular error I have never seen resolved without a clean install of XP. As this is likely the last thing you are likely to want to do, you can try the two alternatives to this first:

1. Repair the registry.

The MS article howto:
The same process in plainer english:

2. If no joy, try an In-place Upgrade/Repair Installation of XP:

3. What I really am sorry to say you likely will have to do, a clean Installation of XP.

Could be virus.
I was helping someone earlier that had
a fake named file as lsass.exe in these paths

C:\winnt\debug\usermode\setup\windows\msdos\catroot\microsoft\windows\system32\rsa\crypto\machinekeys\bootup\mouse\lsass.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lsass] c:\winnt\debug\usermode\setup\windows\msdos\catroot\microsoft\windows\system32\rsa\crypto\machinekeys\bootup\mouse\lsass.exe

The real one
c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe (size 12kb)
and
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\lsass.exe (size 12kb)
