Lsass.exe causing reboot

We are running Windows 2000 Small Business Server - SP4.

Every now and again we get a message saying...

"Lsass.exe" terminated unexpectedly...

Then it reboots the server. I have searched on Microsofts site but they say this problem is fixed with SP4. We are on SP4!

You can set the computer to not reboot when the app crashes.
