Where can I see the list of LPU display code And what they mean..

What does 6064 mean, if the system is not up and stays at status 6064 in 1 lim system?

It means there's a problem with the DSU card in Mag 0. Check the cables and the card position. You might need to replace it.

You could also try to swap the DSU with the one from Mag1 and see if the fault code changes to 61xx, if the fault follows the board then the board is dodgy, if the fault remains in Mag0 then there's something wrong with the cabling or backplane.
