lpstat shows running

Hi all

I am having a problem, and wondering if anyone as come across it. When hacmp is running on this server, it prints normal. But without hacmp running, the jobs are taking 4 times the length of time in printing on all the printers. Does HA do anything with the qdaemon or printing in general.

Below is the version of Aix and HA

Aix version 4.3.3 ml 9

Hacmp es v 4.4.1

Server is M80.
