Lower the headset BEEP volume in ACD 1

Hi,
Here we use forced calls in an ACD environment.
The agent hears a BEEP when a call is presented.
The BEEP is loud, can I decrease the sound?

(The M1 is in control of Symposium but I don't think it's a Symposium related issue)
 
look at flexable tones and cadances.. i've never had to modify that one but you can bet it is defined there. even if you can't drop the vol you can drop the freq and duration. getting the same results
