I am going to be deployed for the Army.

I want to setup a file server with the following requirements:
FTP services
simple website w/some flash
Easy to Admin remotely

The hardware is set, but I am not decided on OS or applications to meet the above requirements. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thought about it, I haven't found any with enough storage. I'll be FTPing many files.

I agree with ericbrunson..

Linux (Redhat9 .. :) )
VSFTPD ftp server
apache (httpd)
webmin is good

and run a VNC server...you'll find it very useful ! the newer version of RealVNC supports exporting screen :0 display..

Good luck
Chris

Alternatively, you could install Windows (insert version here), VNC, and serve-U FTP, plus Apache or IIS.
