I am looking for info, We have had reports from 5 different agents that they have recieved a loud screeching noise down there headsets in the past couple of months. all the Agents effected are on the outbound dailler (Genesys) which uses the trunk 414.
Is there any settings in the trunk form i should be aware off? has anybody had a similar sittuation?
My Setup - Avaya CM 5, 2420 digital handsets,
