Lotus Technical Clues

Hey Guys,

How are you doing? Sorry to intruding into your day. Please could you offer me clues on how I can tackle these technical challenges urgently, on Lotus Domino?

1. PASSWORD CHANGE
How can lotus notes clients change their instant messaging password without the notice of the Lotus Administrator and takes effect almost immediately if not immediately.

NOTE: I have tried doing this by overwriting the field of the Internet password on clients personal document and its not really achieving the expected result.

2. E-MAIL ADDRESS
Mails sent out (e.g. to Yahoo) from some lotus clients always show the
internal address of the users with underscore instead of internet
address
(e.g. Charles_Egbon/ENG/Netsolutions@NETSOLUTIONS instead of
Charles.Egbon@netsolutionsng.com). Kindly let us know how we can
correct this.

3. CERTIFIER CHANGE
Any time I effect a certifier change for a user that moved from one
unit/branch to the other, the new certifier does not reflect in the
affected users name. Tell us how we can force this change and monitor
which servers are yet to perform the operation.


4. CHANGE OF NAME
When a name change for a client is done, the affected client finds it
impossible to access his/her mail. The client normally gets a message that
he/she does not have a access right to the database. How can I avoid
this scenario?

5. WORKFLOW SYSTEM PROCESS
I have a workflow leave approval process working on my network but there is this error message that the Human Resource Manager and Administrator keep on receiving almost on an hourly basis. The error reads that successor for this document is not found. I want to have a leave approval process that is working without any error(s).

Please, I await an urgent and detailed response from you.
