Lotus Notes single sign on freezes server

We run 6 servers, Win2k SP4, Metaframe XPe SP3 FR2. Every now and then one of the servers will freeze. It won't accept logins via ICA, RDP or at the console. To fix, we connect to the server's management console, and restart the Lotus Notes Single SignOn service. The server then unfreezes and runs ok.

During the freeze, the print spooler cannot restart, giving a RPC not running error.

This happens on each server at least once a week, sometimes several times a day. Servers are rebooted every other night. Run diags and performance monitors and all looks normal.

Any ideas? Not sure if MS article 342226 is relevant...
