Lotus Notes question

In Lotus Notes there is an inbox and an all document folder. I was making new folders for the names that I have and decided to click on the All Documents folder and it had every e-mail that I have ever recieved in Lotus. How can I disable the All Document folder and how can set up folder for e-mails to go into folders with the individuals name on it?

in part I know the answer.

You are not able, as far as I am aware, to disable the all documents folder. You should see it more as a view than a folder. I.e. it doesn't duplicate everything, it simply displays all folder contents in one view.

As for the automatically saving by name. I think you'd have to create a new view or write a formula.
