Lotus Notes/MS Access Issue: Could not open the ID File

I have a program set up on my PC that sends out automatic emails from MS Access via Lotus Notes. This program was running fine until I received a new PC today. Now when the program runs and it gets to domSession.Initialize("Password") I get the error "Notes Error: Could not open the ID File." I have tried changing the Notes.ini file so that the keyfilename points to the data folder my ID is in. But this did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help?
