Lotus Notes Backup Agent

Some databases (NSF files) are not shown when I click the Plus icon (+) on "Lotus Notes Server"("Source" Tab) in Arcserve. The arcserve version is 6.61 build 834SP2A. The backup agent version is 2. Can anyone help me ?
