Lotus Notes Action Button

I am trying to create an action button and want a pop up text box to appear once the button is clicked saying "Thank you for your response" do you know what kind of action I can use to perform this? Thanks!!!

OK is the style of prompt.
Acknowledgement is the title
Thank you for your response is the message seen

The comma's, quotes, paranthesis, and square brackets are all required.
