Lotus Notes 5, User ID question..

Hello all-

If I get permissions denied on using an certain ID, what essentially can I do to actually use it. I'm the admin of the server and the id in actually a fictitious id.. it doesn't truly belong to anyone but I need it for testing purposes. What can I do to give myself access to it, I am the admin as stated above..
