Lost tool bar in internet explorer 6

i have lost all teh toolbars in internet explorer 6 that it i cant see any file, edit, favourites, view buttons along with teh address bar. I am LOST need help

when you start up MSIE

Is MSIE corrupt, have you tried re-installing it? [deejay]
